The hotel is located a bit farther out of the center, but it worked well for my visit to relatives in Amsterdam Noord, a lovely area. The rooms are smallish but cozy, and the service was quite friendly and helpful. The dining options were average, but the price was fair. The location is convenient if you have a car due to the large parking area available, though walking might not be the best idea in nearby rough areas. The closure of the tunnel can affect your travel plans to the city center.
The hotel is located in a quiet atmosphere and away from the city hustle, with rooms of a good size that had a 'welcome pack' with essentials. However, the hand basin in the bathroom was difficult to use due to the location of the shelf. The service was amazing, very friendly and helpful, but the location is a bit away from Centraal. The dining experience was nice but stopped early, and the facilities were average.
