The hotel is located a bit farther out of the center, but it worked well for my visit to relatives in Amsterdam Noord, a lovely area. The rooms are smallish but cozy, and the service was quite friendly and helpful. The dining options were average, but the price was fair. The location is convenient if you have a car due to the large parking area available, though walking might not be the best idea in nearby rough areas. The closure of the tunnel can affect your travel plans to the city center.
